This is a multi award winning combination of luxury self-catering cottages and activity holiday centre, including Northern Ireland's first PADI dive resort (Professional Association of Diving Instructors), and enjoys a really stunning location on this beautiful coastline.

The Luxury 3 and 4 Star Cottages are situated in a Victorian Farmyard in the centre of lslandmagee with superb sea views over Larne Lough.

Under the National Accessible Accommodation Standards two of the cottages carry a Category 2, making them suitable for guests with mobility difficulties and there are two 4 Star and one 3 Star cottages available.

The accommodation comprises of a living room with open log fire, working kitchen, 2 bedrooms, some with en-suite and bathroom, sleeping 4/6, single rooms are available, a welcome basket greets guests and linen and towels are provided.

Activities include boat charter, scuba diving; with excellent wreck, drift dives, shore and scenic dives.

For those who do not wish to dive there are a variety of other activities to choose from, including riding, golfing, fishing, water sports, or simply enjoying the wonderful sandy beaches and sampling some of the fresh local seafood on offer.

The cottage living room is spacious and suitable for families and has a visitors sofa bed, a real fire burning either wood or traditional turf and the cottages also have oil fired central heating.

Outdoor facilities include an enclosed garden, swings, slides and a family/play room.

The pine kitchen has all modern conveniences, including, microwave, washing machine, electric cooker and fridge. There is also a tumble dryer on site. Cots and high chairs are available on request. The bathroom has shower and bath facilities, linen and towels are provided.

Croft Cottage has Broadband Wifi Access for guests who wish to use their laptop during their stay.

The accommodation comprises a spacious lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen/sun room.

There are three bedrooms, one double, one single and a family room with one single and one double bed.

All bed linen and towels are provided and the cottage has oil fired central heating with a coal/turf fire.

To the rear there is a large garden with wonderful views of the countryside, a BBQ area with garden furniture, a 14ft trampoline for children to have fun and there is secure parking. A welcome pack greets guests.
